Raised in the Bay Area, California, I found my life partner in 1994, marking the commencement of our 28-year journey as both partners and parents. Navigating the role of a mother to seven children, I dedicated the majority of my mothering years to being a stay-at-home mom who homeschooled her kids.

It was an incredibly challenging experience!

Amidst the demands of catering to everyone else's needs, desires, and wants, I lost sight of my own identity and aspirations. My focus scattered, and over the years, I struggled to discern who I was and what I truly wanted. Despite my diverse experiences – from attending college and managing a medical office to homeschooling, advising, and running a small business – I grappled with feelings of inadequacy. Relationship issues, confidence struggles, body image concerns, and constant questioning of my parenting choices added to the complexities. Gradually, I began to realize that deep-seated societal, generational, and gender-based "norms" had influenced my life, holding me back for decades.

 

Recognizing how these norms permeated my existence – affecting my family, career, and children – I decided to break free from that pattern. Refusing to persist on the same path, I acknowledged that self-doubt not only hindered my progress but also proved detrimental. This realization prompted a desire for change. Taking charge of my narrative, I chose to become a life coach, having personally experienced the transformative power of coaching in my own life.

 

I am acutely aware of the untapped potential within other women, and I eagerly anticipate guiding them towards similar revelations, accomplishments, happiness, confidence, and success in their own lives.”

For women to truly know they are perfectly beautiful and worthy of it all!

That breaking norms and traditions that are deeply embedded in their lives is absolute freedom, that they too can find their purpose and passion.
